Who am I ?

I am Aga – a Child & an Adolescent, an Adult Psychologist and Psychotherapist. Additionally, I am a certified Social Skills Trainer and Relaxation Techniques Trainer.
I work in Brussels and Leuven Psychologist

I conduct diagnosis and therapy in the following areas: Psychologist

  • Emotional problems/ difficulties;
  • Oppositional and defiant disorders;
  • Behavioral disorders;
  • Developmental disorders (autism spectrum, Asperger’s syndrome);
  • Individual consultations for parents;
  • Computer/internet addiction;
  • Diagnosis of the overall – development of the child (intellectual, emotional, social, motivational);
  • Learning problems;
  • Consultancy for adults (stress management, mood disorders, self esteem, personal development, positive and humanistic psychology, mindfulness, ACT, CBT, DBT therapy).

Graduation from Psychology studies; completed Postgraduate Studies in the program: Innovation and Design Management; working in the Hematology Department at Ludwik Rydygier’s Specialist Hospital, in Caritas Luxembourg and for Croix-Rouge Luxembourg and currently;  following many trainings e.g. on International Psychotherapy Institute; working in Polish School in Leuven helped me in supporting children and adolescents and their development and open my own practice in Belgium.

Qu’est ce que le TCC?

Les TCC (Thérapies Cognitivo-Comportementales) sont une approche psychothérapeutique visant à traiter divers troubles mentaux en modifiant les pensées et comportements dysfonctionnels.

Basées sur le principe que nos pensées influencent nos émotions et nos actions, les TCC aident les individus à identifier et à reprogrammer des schémas de pensée négatifs. Elles sont particulièrement efficaces pour traiter des troubles comme l’anxiété, la dépression, les phobies, et les troubles obsessionnels-compulsifs (TOC).

Cette méthode est souvent brève et structurée, combinant des exercices pratiques et des stratégies cognitives pour améliorer le bien-être mental.

La résolution de conflits

Les TCC aident également à améliorer la résolution de conflits en enseignant des techniques de négociation et de résolution de problèmes.
